There are two types of three-phase asynchronous motors for hydraulic metal packaging machines: direct starting and step-down starting. Direct starting is a simple, reliable, and economical method of starting, but the motor's starting current is 4/7 times the rated current. On the one hand, excessive starting current can cause a significant decrease in grid voltage, directly affecting the normal operation of other motors and electrical equipment in the same grid. On the other hand, frequent starting of the motor can cause severe heating, accelerate coil aging, and shorten the service life of the motor. Only small capacity motors are allowed to start directly. Due to the high starting current, large-capacity cage asynchronous motors usually use step-down starting. Step-down starting refers to the starting process where the voltage is appropriately lowered by the starting equipment and then applied to the stator winding of the motor. After the motor is started, the voltage returns to the rated value for normal operation. Because the current decreases with the decrease of voltage, the starting current undergoes voltage reduction.
In order to prevent simple malfunctions during the operation of the metal packaging machine, and to further inspect the damage of internal parts of the metal packaging machine, and to remove damaged parts for repair or replacement. This helps to increase the operating power and lifespan of the metal packaging machine. Strictly follow the correct disassembly method of the metal packaging machine; Properly use appropriate dismantling tools to prevent serious damage to the metal packaging machine, and prohibit working on the working surface of parts. If it is necessary to strike, copper or lead hammers can be used, and soft pads can also be added between the work object and the hammer; Do not use measuring tools or file knives instead of hammers, use gun heads instead of hammers, and use chisels instead of wrenches. From the table to the inside, from the assembly to the components Then go to the parts and disassemble them step by step, while inspecting them. The disassembled parts of the metal packaging machine equipment should be placed in wooden frames and boxes in order to prevent dispersion, damage, or rusting due to moisture, and to prevent disorder during assembly.
1、 The metal packaging machine has the following characteristics.
1. Small size, light weight, low motion inertia, low noise, smooth motion, and flexible operation.
2. The hydraulic and electrical integrated control is selected, which is easy to use and can be stopped and operated at any operating position, making it easy to achieve overload maintenance.
3. Widely applicable, it can be used as a waste plastic film packaging and processing equipment, as well as a processing equipment with similar product packaging and compaction functions.
2、 Precautions for metal packaging machine installation.
1. Pay attention to understanding the schematic and electrical diagrams of the hydraulic system during installation.
2. Because hydraulic components simply invade sand during transportation, if directly installed, it will affect the operation of the equipment. Therefore, for more important components, their performance should be tested before device debugging.
3. Because hydraulic components are precision machinery, they should be installed in a clean environment before installation. As long as the schematic device of the semi-automatic metal packaging machine is strictly followed, it can reduce the failure rate and ensure the reliability of the hydraulic components of the equipment.
When disassembling the metal packaging machine, it is necessary to inspect and mark the assembly of the packaging machine. Timing gears, crankshafts and flywheels, connecting rods and connecting rod caps, combined or selected coincidental components, and other components that cannot be communicated need to be marked in the original components or sequence before disassembly to prevent confusion during the assembly process. Classify and store components. Classify and store components based on their size, accuracy, and total composition to prevent disorder or damage.
